RefectoCil Saline Solution is a cleansing liquid for eyelashes and eyelids used before coloring or perming treatments. Thanks to the saline contained in the product, the cleansing of eyelashes and eyelids is gentle and non-irritating.

Directions for use:
Saturate a cotton swab with RefectoCil Saline Solution, then gently wipe the eyelids, eyelashes and eyebrows with it.
