AHD 1000

is an alcoholic preparation for disinfection of hands and skin before procedures. It is also suitable for hygienic and surgical skin disinfection, for example, for injections and in offices such as hairdressing, cosmetics, tattooing or wellness. The liquid is intended for use before procedures that may violate the continuity of human tissue and before any contact of damaged skin and mucous membranes with contaminated blood or other potentially infectious material.

Application:

• addition of moisturizing substances, additionally care for the skin and fragrance oils, eliminates the smell of alcohol,
• has very good skin degreasing properties.

Composition:

• Ethanol (96% - 79.9 g).

Ingredients (INCI):

Ethanol, 2-butanone, Macroglycerol cocoate, Parfum, Lactic Acid, Aqua.

Directions for use:

Skin disinfection:

• Wet the disinfected skin surface by spraying or wiping with a cotton swab soaked in AHD 1000 and let it dry completely.
• Disinfection of skin poor in sebaceous glands - wait 15 seconds.
• Disinfection of skin rich in sebaceous glands, such as forehead, axillary area, groin area - wait min. 1 minute.
• Disinfection of the skin before procedures with violation of tissue continuity - wait min. 1 minute.

Hand disinfection:

• Apply at least 3 ml of AHD 1000 to dry hand skin. Thoroughly rub into the skin of the hands until dry for min. 30 seconds. Disinfection of hands before procedures with violation of tissue continuity. Apply at least 5 ml of AHD 1000 to previously washed and thoroughly wiped hands and forearms with a disposable towel. Thoroughly rub into the skin of the hands and forearms until dry for min. 1.5 minutes.

Disinfection of small alcohol-resistant surfaces:

• Wet the disinfected surface by spraying or wiping with a cotton ball soaked in AHD 1000, let it dry completely. Wait 30 seconds.
