Withdrawal from the contract

  1. If you are a consumer - as a rule you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance.
  2. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: shop@4clinic.com
  3. Return the returned item to us immediately to the address: Księdza Józefa Londzina 106 Street, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała , but not later than within 14 days from the day you withdraw from the contract.
  4. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
  5. The course of the fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
    • for a contract in which we issue a thing, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the taking of possession of the thing by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier,
    • for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  6. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiration.
  7. We will return the payments made by you, including the cost of delivery of the item under the terms and conditions indicated in the regulations, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
  8. We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
  9. Remember that the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the consumer, among other things, with regard to the contract:
    • in which the subject of the provision is a non-refabricated thing, produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs,
    • in which the subject of the provision is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf life,
    • in which the subject of the provision is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygienic reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
    • in which the subject of performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery
    • for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the entrepreneur has informed him of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints

  1. If you are a Consumer, in case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about them based on the warranty. The best way to file a complaint is by e-mail: shop@4clinic.com or by mail to Księdza Józefa Londzina 106 Street, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.

  3. In connection with a defect, you may demand:
    • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
    • removal of the defect,
    or make a statement about:
    • price reduction,
    • withdrawal from the contract - in case of a material defect.
  4. We are liable to you for defects found before the expiration of two years from the date of issue of the item.
  5. As a rule, you can file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiration of the seller's liability period.
  6. We will consider your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
