Description
RefectoCil's 3% cream activator is specially designed to be combined with the same brand's eyebrow and eyelash dyes. It allows you to achieve the ideal consistency of the product, thereby facilitating its application. The gentle, creamy formula guarantees the highest quality and full professionalism during coloring. The packaging lasts for about 200 uses, and thanks to the convenient applicator, no impurities get inside.
Application:
- 3% activator for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes,
- does not contain ammonia.
Directions for use:
- Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream with 2 cm of RefectoCil henna using the applicator.
- Apply the henna directly after mixing and follow the instructions for use.
